Regardless of college major or professional experience, nearly 100% of our representatives start out in our Management Training Program. This allows everyone to learn our business from the ground up and understand how he or she has a significant financial interest in seeing it succeed. As you progress, more opportunities will become available to you.
You can continue to grow your client base and increase your residual revenues for greater wealth and financial security as a sales or senior sales representative. You can take new reps under your wing as a field trainer as you develop your leadership and management skills.
